Depending on your personal situation and requirements, together with how far you are down the road of your property search, you can choose to sign up for whichever plan suits you best.  You may choose to book any other plan as, and when, you please. 

You send us a script (by letter, fax or email), telling us in all-encompassing detail everything that you are looking for in your property, even down to the trivia.  If you miss out something important, don’t worry, because we’re sure to ask you.  We will then proceed with our investigations, down all the avenues available to us – visiting numerous local estate agents, scouring magazines, websites, reviewing personal contacts and private sales.  On completion of our search (allow up to ten days), we will send you the closest possible matches.  If necessary, we may ask you to modify your specifications.  We will also attempt to get as much extra information as possible on the relevant properties (if available).  This plan also includes all help and advice you might require at this stage of the proceedings.

If, at this stage, you wish to make direct contact with the relevant agent, vendor, representative or developer, then that is fine, but if not, and you feel you might benefit by some extra input, we can undertake to view a number of properties on your behalf.  We will give you an in-depth, detailed, written report on each of the properties visited, giving you our own valuation advice, and pointing out all positive and negative points as we see them.  This plan also includes all help and advice you might require at this stage of the proceedings.

Once again, at this juncture, you can take your own route, or we can arrange visits for you with the vendors, or agents at convenient times for all parties.  We can accompany you on all visits (but only if you wish), translate for you if necessary, and give any up-to-date advice.  We may be able to assist you in making an offer, and in helping you rest assured of getting the best deal when you have found the ideal property.  This plan also includes any help and advice you might require at this stage of the proceedings, including after sales advice and service if applicable.

THE 'FULL CABOODLE' (NEW!!!)

For those looking for an assisted, pre-planned and targeted property hunt combined within the framework of a holiday ambience, we can offer you the following in one-week units.

1.    Previous scouring of the area for the most likely suitable properties, with details sent to you well before you arrive so you can decide which properties you would like to visit.

2.    The organising of relevant visits with various estate agents or private vendors during the week (up to a maximum of twenty property visits, time permitting).

3.    Meet and greet service at the airport, and transfer for up to four people with a 'moderate' amount of luggage. (Approx one hour transfer)

4.    One weeks' accommodation in a private, rustic style, independent, apartment adjoining our own residence, with unparalleled all-round vistas.  Beautiful gardens, views of 'pueblo blanco' town, and distant sea.  Accommodation comprises, one very large bedroom/lounge studio, one further double bedroom, a large kitchen/diner, and one bathroom.  Outside terraces and use of pool (season permitting).  The property is in the hills, on the edge of the village of Competa, approximately 25 minutes from the coast.  Nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 15-20 minutes' walk.
