When we say that we are independent, we mean really
independent! We are not estate
agents and receive no commissions, kick-backs, incentives, neither have we any
tie-ins with anybody. We are of the
firm belief that we are in a position to save you money in your early property
search, and will also do our best to save as much money as we can for you in the
lead-up to any eventual completion date. What’s
the catch? No catch!
You pay us, just in the same way as you would an Independent Financial
Advisor. Your money goes towards
basic car, petrol, postage and administrative costs, but mostly towards the
considerable time we devote to the in-depth research for your ideal property.
We only cover areas we know, in order to offer best advice.
